Here are the cabinet positions with some basic descriptions. Since this is our first year, once the cabinet is set we can create a more detailed description that fits the needs of our club. If interested in any positions, please email kristian at karseneault@scamail.org by Friday, August 20th. We will present and vote at our next meeting. 

Club President:

Presides at all meetings, assists the Director, and directs and leads troupe activities.

Club Vice President:

Presides in the absence of the president, assists the Director, and is responsible for all on-campus opportunities. 

Club Secretary:

Keeps the records of meetings and attends to troupe correspondence. They also are responsible for maintaining accurate point records (including up-to-date contact information) and making them available for each student’s personal review.

Club Event Planner: 

Assists in creating different performance opportunities show planning, plans club events, and schedules off-campus trips. 

Club Publicity Chair:

Responsible for documenting activities through photography and videography; creates publicity for day-to-day activities, as well as events; helps director maintain the department’s social media; writes a summary of the year's achievements to be archived in the Troupe's history document.

*Please note that commitment to a club officer position is more of a commitment than just a club member; you will be taking on some club responsibility. There will be additional meetings and more outside planning.
