Over summer and during the first club meeting the majority of you expressed interest in improv training. We have an amazing instructor from Neighborhood Comedy Theatre coming to teach six, once-a-week classes and host an improv night for the students to show off their new skills. Best part?!?! Class Info:

All Class members will receive an overview of  Improv techniques and skills. General Improv theory is explored with an emphasis on short-form improv. This training focuses on basic scene structure and space work while developing the elements of on-the-spot storytelling. Listening skills, teamwork, confidence, and trust will be consistently emphasized. This is a great opportunity for all theatre students and none theatre students looking to gain confidence in social situations and public speaking. All levels of experience and skills are invited.

Q. Can I still sign up if I am going to be missing any of the classes? 

A. YES! All are welcome! While I think you will be bummed to miss a class, you can miss it for a prior commitment. 

Q. Do I need to sign up for each class individually? 

A. No- by signing up for the class you are signing up for all 6 sessions. 

Q. Do I have to pay anything? 

A. No- This is free to all club members! 

Q. Can a friend of mine that is not in the club join the class?. 

A. Of course! All are welcome! The best part- once they are signed up for the class they will officially be a member of the club!
